To Equip and Disciple
As leader is someone who comes to help others grow and move into their destiny in Christ. It's not a title or an accomplishment of look what I have done or who I lead. Most of the time it is not even being known, its knowing that you pour into others so they can excel.
To continue to Grow and Be trained
Marcus has seen favor to be able to be discipled , trained, and mentored by some of todays most well known leaders. One of the lessons that has stuck with Marcus is that these leaders have a hunger to grow even after 40+ years of ministry.
